The Power of 10

While economic development has traditionally been handled county by county, we recognized what site selectors already know: businesses think regionally. They’re looking for the best location, workforce, and infrastructure within a geographic area. That’s why Barry, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Greene, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster counties came together to form OREP.

This collaboration means businesses get access to the full scope of what our region offers, from shovel-ready industrial sites to specialized workforce programs to transportation networks that span multiple counties.

What We Do

Connect businesses with regional opportunities.

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of available sites, buildings, and development opportunities across all 10 counties, helping you find the location that best fits your specific needs.

Provide regional intelligence.

Access data, market analysis, and insights that cover the entire region's economic landscape, demographics, and growth trends.

Coordinate local partnerships.

We work directly with economic development professionals, chambers of commerce, and municipal leaders in each county to ensure smooth project development.

Guide the expansion process.

From initial site selection through ribbon cutting, our team helps navigate incentives, permitting, workforce development, and regional resources.

Why Regional Collaboration Matters

Single point of contact for broader opportunities.

Instead of reaching out to 10 different counties, you have one team that knows the entire region's assets and can quickly identify the best options for your project.

Strategic approach to site selection.

We're focused on finding the right fit for your business objectives, whether that's in our region's economic hub or in a smaller community that offers specific advantages for your industry.

Coordinated support across county lines.

Major projects often benefit from resources that span multiple communities. We help coordinate these regional advantages rather than limiting you to what's available within one county's boundaries.

Shared resources and expertise.

Working together allows us to provide access to data tools, market intelligence, and specialized support that individual counties couldn't offer on their own.
